Abstract
We report a successful treatment of 44-year-old Caucasian gentleman affected by paranoid schizophrenia with a cervical dystonia treated with tetrabenazine augmentation of clozapine and botox. A progressive reduction of the spazmatic torcicollis in the subsequent 3-6 months is observed without particular side effects.
