  • Abstract

Abstract
Background: Necrotic pancreatitis is still difficult to be dealt with despite use of multiple minimally invasive endoscopic tools. Which flow program may improve outcome of patients with reduction of hospital length of stay remains contraversial. Herein, we for the first time report a case with late peripancreatic abscess triggered by cholethiasis who was successfully conducted dual-endoscopic approaches in single surgery. The patient recovered uneventfully with reduction of hospital length of stay. By which the primary etiology of necrotic pancreatitis was removed to avoid disruption and recurrence of second hit of pancreatitis.
