BIOGRAPHY:

He is working in the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences and Technologies, Nigde Omer Halisdemir University. He worked as a guest researcher in German Institute of Food Technologies, Germany, in scope of DAAD and TUBITAK fellowship. He has research and teaching experience in the fields of Seafood Processing Technology, Food Microbiology, Lipid Oxidation, Antioxidants, Food Quality and Control, Food Analyses, High Pressure Processing of Food, Edible films and coatings. He is a reviewer and editor of some international and national journals.
