BIOGRAPHY:

Izzet Yavuz is a professor in Pediatric Dentistry in the Dentistry Faculty of Dicle University in Diyarbakır, Turkey. He specialized on pediatric dentistry treatments, 3D Cone Beam Dental Volumetric Tomography, ectodermal dysplasia, the effect of magnetic field to the teeth, micro leakage, and trauma on dental roots. He has many papers that have been published in international and national journals and presented in international and national meetings. He is the head of Ectodermal Dysplasia Group? Turkey (http://www.ektodermaldisplazi.com/), this Group members working as a voluntarily for help to the people who has ectodermal displasiagenetical disorders, and collect information for researchers who are interested. He is the, Editor-in-Chief and General Director of the Journal of International Dental and Medical Research. He have been to Canada Toronto University, as Faculty of Dentistry, Discipline of Pediatric Dentistry, as visitor professor between September 2002 ? March 2003, for nine months. During this period involving to the observations to the undergraduate and graduate clinics also attending to the seminars and lectures, both undergraduate and graduate levels. He has 32 international article publications, and 22 national article publications, also 31 oral and poster presentation in international congress and workshop and 10 oral and poster presentation in national congress and workshop.
