BIOGRAPHY:

RESEARCH INTERESTS:

My main research topics are user perspectives,interprofessional relations, relational coordination, communication, learning outcomes and organizational changes with a detour to emergency medicine. Primarily, I focus on quantitative methods, including questionnaire surveys and analysis of register data, but I am also familiar with focus groups, interview studies and participatory design methods. An additional interest is research methodology and evaluation designs. My research has been published in papers that contribute to knowledge development in the field of: a) organizational changes, b) learning outcomes, c) interprofessional relations and the impact on patients, and d) (medical) communication and the impact on patients. Furthermore, several reports and popularized scientific papers have been published on behalf of my research projects
