The lodgings will be reserved at the conference venue hotel. Accommodation Packages (when selected with conference registration) are available with a special room rate at our Venue. For more information, please contact the Program coordinator.

The check-in time will be 3 pm on the arrival day and check-out will be at 12 pm on the departure day.

Please Note:

• The Hotel staff will provide only general information about the lodging and visitor rooms; and are not in charge of any particular insights about the conference
• The hotel confirmation/ Room reservation numbers will be provided to the registrants only 15 days prior to the event
• If you wish to contact hotel reception please mention the event organizer name "Scient Global Conferences" along with the conference name
• Accommodation Package only includes the room rent charges and rest all incidentals would be charged extra
