Terms & Conditions

• By registering for the conference you hereby agree the terms and conditions.
• All the attendees of the event are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue.
• The congress organizers reserve the right to modify the program or conference which is beyond the control of the organizers. And transfers will be done according to our T&C.
• For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those persons who had registered for the conference. Once your registration is complete, please contact neurocare@scientonline.org to request a personalized letter of invitation.
• If the congress is postponed or cannot be held due to actions {natural calamities, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities} beyond the control of the organizers under these circumstances, the conference organizers reserve the right to hold the entire registration fee and to credit it for a future meet.
• If the registered person is unable to attend the event, the paid registration can be transferrable to other persons from the same university.

• Note: We are closely checking the (COVID-19) outbreak and if the conference gets postponed in this view or by any reason beyond organizer control, the refund policy will not apply but the registration remains valid for event with new dates or for future related events or even the conference can be conducted virutally. We are committed to take the measures to help safeguard our participants and we cannot accept any refunds as the company will face significant loss in the event of rescheduling.

Refunds policies

• All transfers or Refunds should mail to  neurocare@scientonline.org
• Prior 2 months of the conference start date, you will receive a 50% of the paid fee.
• Below 59 days of the conference start date there are no refunds.
• Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference.
