Terms & Conditions | Transfers/Cancellations

We may review our terms and conditions from time to time, for example, changes in appropriate regulatory requirements or improvements we make to the Scient Global Conferences. We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove any of the below conditions at any time, we advise to keep checking the website for updates of our conference.

• All the attendees of the event are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. Organizers will not be held responsible for any embezzled or missing items
• For security purposes, letter of invitation will be sent only to those persons who had registered for the conference. Once your registration is complete, please contact "cat2024@scientonline.org" to request a personalized letter of invitation
• The organization reserves the right and holds the sole discretion to cancel any conference or modify or postpone at any time in case of any unavoidable and unforeseeable circumstances. Organizer will have no further liability to the client.
• Registrations remain valid for event with new dates or for future editions, if the conference has to be postponed by causes beyond organizer control. Refund policy is not applicable in this condition.
• In the event of cancellation, the organization will use reasonable and suitable alternative arrangements such as posting the news of cancellation on the appropriate event website to alert those who have booked or purchased tickets to attend the event.
• Please be advised that the registrant is responsible for all parking and transportation
• E-Poster fee will not be refunded

Note: Refund/Cancellation Policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond organizers control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes or hostilities. The organizer will provide opportunity for the registered participants to transfer their registration fee and accommodation charges to any future editions or related conferences or even they can publish articles with our journals.

In view of Coronavirus outbreak or any natural calamity, by any reason if conference gets postponed or the dates are altered, the reservation will stay in effect between the delegate and the organizers. Nevertheless, the conditions above for cancelation would not apply. Since the company is experiencing significant loss in postponing the event, we cannot accept any demands for refund from conference participants.

SUBSTITUTIONS

•  Substitution can be made at any moment. If you wish to substitute a delegate/speaker, you must notify Scient Global Conferences in writing at the earliest chance and at least 1 month prior to the event.

LIABILITY

•  Speaker, sponsor and/or exhibitor views are their own. Scient Global cannot accept liability for any advice or opinions expressed at the conference by any speaker, sponsor and/or exhibitor or in any material provided to attendees. Furthermore, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind caused by the services or data provided in connection with the event.

INSURANCE

•  In connection with their participation at the conference, it is the duty of the individual delegate / speaker to arrange suitable insurance cover. Scient Global Conferences cannot be held responsible for any personal property loss or damage.

VISA INFORMATION

•  The attendees are solely responsible for taking care of their visa requirements. We would like to ask all registrants to apply for visa as quickly as possible. Scient Global Conferences will not contact visa applicants embassies and consulates directly.
•  Under our cancellation policy, Scient Global Conferences cannot be held responsible for any participants inability to obtain visas and visa issues cannot be regarded.

Following Cancellation/Refunds policies applicable

Cancellation policy is strictly followed and all cancellations must be made in an inscription.
All transfers or cancellations should mail to  "cat2024@scientonline.org"
Prior 2 months of the conference start date, you will receive a 50% of the paid fee.
Below 59 days of the conference start date there are no refunds.
Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference.
The registrations with discounted prices are transferable, but not refundable at any point of time
